All civil and ground works required for the basement and podium construction of this landmark 296-room hotel, one of the most lavish in the Business Bay precinct and the second hotel in the UAE for the Taj brand.

Situated in the old town area overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the world-famous dancing fountains, significant fit-out works were carried out in the main public areas to bring this hotel back to its glory.

Major refurbishment works for the high-traffic areas, admin foyer and access ways adjoining the hotel to the Mall of the Emirates. Works commenced during normal hotel operating hours, with public safety and noise levels a high priority.

In-ground civil works along with major earthworks prior to basement backfills and construction. Timing and dust control to minimise disruption to neighbouring amenities was a high priority, maintained throughout construction.
